Shipping Policy

The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy, tailored for our operations and customers in Singapore.

1. Shipment Processing Time (Domestic Shipping Policy)
  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in Singapore.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipment Method, Estimated Delivery Time, and Cost
  • Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days, charges will be displayed at checkout.
3. International Shipping Policy 

General Information

  • Shipments outside of Singapore are subject to varying delivery schedules. Delivery can take up to 30 days depending on the destination country, customs processes, tariffs, shipping service delays, and other factors.
  • For all shipments outside of Singapore, taxes & duties will be added to shipping costs. This applies to all international destinations.
4. Shipment Method, Estimated Delivery Time, and Cost
  • International Shipping: Up to 30 business days, a flat rate of SGD $50.00 will be charged.
5. Additional Key Shipping Information
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors such as COVID-19, holidays, unforeseen weather events, and other disruptions. These delays are the responsibility of the shipping service, and all claims should be directed to them.
  • For issues with FedEx shipments, please submit a claim via FedEx’s official website.
  • For issues with USPS or other international postal services, please submit a claim through their respective official website.
6. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Address
  • Royale Singapore ships to addresses within Singapore, including residential and P.O. box addresses.
7. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.
8. Customs, Duites, and Taxes 
  • Royale Singapore is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. We advise checking with local customs office for potential charges.
